Wie lösche ich mein Konto?

Dein Konto und alle gesicherten Bons werden endgültig gelöscht, auch auf diesem Gerät. Ein Plus-Abo läuft weiter, bis du es bei Apple kündigst.

Wie kündige ich Coinly Plus?

Einstellungen auf dem iPhone › dein Name › Abonnements › Coinly › Abo kündigen. Spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf kündigen, sonst verlängert es sich. Plus bleibt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums aktiv.

Erstattungen laufen über Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Plus ist weg. Wie stelle ich es wieder her?

Zahnrad oben rechts › „Bon-Scans“ › „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Nutze dieselbe Apple-ID wie beim Kauf und melde dich mit demselben Coinly-Konto an.

Wie viele Bons kann ich scannen?

Kostenlos 3 Scans pro Woche (Montag bis Sonntag) mit Kamera oder aus der Galerie. „Abtippen“ zählt nicht und ist unbegrenzt. Mit Plus scannst du unbegrenzt. Wie viele Scans noch frei sind, siehst du unter Zahnrad › „Bon-Scans“.

Wie schalte ich „Preise teilen“ aus?

Zahnrad oben rechts › Schalter „Preise teilen“. Geteilt wird nur Produkt, Preis und Laden, nie wer. Mehr in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Wann kommt meine Einkaufsliste?

Der erste gespeicherte Bon startet eine Lernwoche. Ab Tag acht baut Coinly die Liste aus der letzten abgeschlossenen Woche. Wünsche kannst du schon vorher per Sprache oder Tippen ergänzen.

Wo landen meine Bonfotos?

Die Fotos bleiben auf deinem Gerät und werden nicht synchronisiert. Zum Auslesen wird ein Foto einmal an unseren Server in Frankfurt geschickt. Details in der Datenschutzerklärung.

Gibt es Coinly für Android?

Noch nicht. Coinly gibt es zuerst fürs iPhone.

How do I delete my account?

Tap the gear icon top right, choose “Konto löschen” near the bottom and confirm. Your account and all saved receipts are permanently deleted, also on this device. A Plus subscription keeps running until you cancel it with Apple.

How do I cancel Coinly Plus?

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Coinly › Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Plus stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore Plus?

Gear icon top right › “Bon-Scans” › “Käufe wiederherstellen”. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with and sign in to the same Coinly account.

How many receipts can I scan?

3 scans per week (Monday to Sunday) for free, from the camera or photo library. Typing a receipt in (“Abtippen”) never counts. Plus scans without limits. See what’s left under gear icon › “Bon-Scans”.

How do I turn off price sharing?

Gear icon top right › “Preise teilen” switch. Only product, price and store are shared, never who. More in the Privacy Policy.
